Job description

  • Solve problems, perform analysis, research, and test functions for systems and networks
  • Provide trouble resolution for complex problems
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex systems issues and resolutions
  • Develop root cause analysis activities to resolve significant system issues
  • Provide advanced technical guidance and leadership to technical engineers
  • Represent major upgrades and business system replacements in change control
  • Develop reports supporting management strategy and direction
  • Serve as a subject matter expert among peers, managers, and senior management
  • Lead technical merger and acquisition activities as needed
  • Work alongside architects to develop standard operational procedures
  • Mentor operations team members
  • Lead incident recoveries and organize analysts' recovery efforts
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts
  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and remediation activities
  • Support SOX, HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR compliance requirements
  • Develop technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures

Requirements
