Please use this application for all US-based locations.** Millennium Information Services, Inc.-An Xceedance Company is growing. We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies

DESCRIPTION: This is a contractor position that gives you the freedom of building your own inspection schedule. Get paid WEEKLY and manage your schedule, expenses, and taxes on your terms. WHY JOIN US.

**Weekly Pay**: Millennium is now paying its inspectors WEEKLY. Enjoy faster, steady cash flow with predictable direct deposits. Flexible Schedule: Build and manage your own inspection schedule.

Easy-to-Use App: Our mobile app simplifies scheduling and report submissions, so you can focus on what you do best. DUTIES: Schedule, route, and complete residential and/or commercial property inspection reports in your assigned territory. Obtain photos of property and on-site dwellings, reporting any hazards, deficiencies, and property information on our innovative proprietary forms.

If required, sketch a footprint of the dwelling and any on-site outbuildings. Meet time service deadlines and strive to submit reports within 48 hours of completing your inspections. Quick turnarounds can lead to more assignments and higher income.

QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge in construction, property, and/or inspections, or a related field. Property Inspection experience a bonus REQUIREMENTS: Availability during daytime hours Monday-Friday for inspections and training Federal EIN for 1099 contractor position Must pass Background Check Access to smart phone and computer Dependable vehicle needed **A P&C License cannot be held while simultaneously working this role.** COMPENSATION: Fees are paid WEEKLY per inspection via direct deposit as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Fees range depending on survey type and length of inspection
