THE ROLE:

As a ServiceNow Architect, you’ll provide senior-level technical leadership across complex ServiceNow implementations, owning solution architecture from design through delivery. You’ll establish technical direction, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure implementations align with ServiceNow best practices, security requirements, and client objectives.


You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and delivery teams while collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You’ll also help strengthen Intact’s broader ServiceNow practice through mentoring, solutioning, reusable assets, and continuous improvement.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:

  • Partner with Project Managers and delivery teams to achieve client outcomes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Own the technical solution, including overall architecture, ServiceNow configuration strategy, and integration analysis and design.
  • Establish technical guidelines, architectural guardrails, and implementation direction to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into effective platform solutions.
  • Support presales solutioning efforts and provide technical review of statements of work.
  • Contribute to estimating models, standard work plans, resource plans, and reusable assets that improve delivery consistency and efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level technical team members.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring technical talent.
  • Collaborate with technical peers on architecture decisions, prototypes, system designs, and enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration support when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in the DMV
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow development and/or solution architecture experience.
  • Broad, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with advanced expertise in at least one to two ServiceNow product areas.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, architecting, and configuring multiple ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Experience architecting complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience delivering systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major ServiceNow module implementations, including at least two recent implementations in an Architect role.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
  • Relevant ServiceNow micro-certifications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Candidates who do not currently hold the preferred ServiceNow certifications should be willing to obtain applicable certifications within six months of hire.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
