Seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established and growing practice in northern Alabama, near the Tennessee border!


Details:

  • Work out of one hospital
  • A retired urologist in 3-person practice is handing his patients on to his new colleague. You will be busy from day one!
  • Call is one in three
  • Practice general urology or female urology with a supportive staff and hospital management
  • Excellent payer mix with the majority of patients having Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama
  • Hospital is an affiliate of the nation s third largest publicly owned hospital system
  • Hospital has grown to more than 1000 employees and more than 150 physicians

Compensation and Benefits include:

  • Three-year employment contract with a competitive income based upon Southern Median percentile
  • Quarterly incentive bonus based upon wRVU model
  • $50k Signing bonus
  • Moving expenses up to $10k
  • Competitive income based upon MGMA
  • Year-end incentive bonus for quality and patient satisfaction
