What You'll Do

As a Delivery Specialist, you'll be the face of Arona Home Essentials in our customers' homes. You'll play a key role in delivering products, providing exceptional service, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering merchandise safely, professionally, and on schedule.
  • Inspecting products before delivery to ensure merchandise is clean, complete, and operating properly.
  • Loading, securing, and protecting products in delivery vehicles.
  • Safely transporting merchandise while following all company safety standards.
  • Unloading, installing, and demonstrating products to ensure customers understand how to use their merchandise.
  • Providing outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction.
  • Performing routine service calls, product exchanges, and assisting with merchandise returns.
  • Cleaning and certifying returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
  • Assisting with maintaining an organized showroom floor and warehouse.
  • Supporting occasional customer account and collections efforts when needed.
  • Participating in field marketing programs and community outreach efforts.
What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused and enjoys helping people.
  • Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in completing quality work.
  • Professional and comfortable representing Arona in customers' homes.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong technical skills or experience working with electronic products.
  • A strong communicator who can explain products and provide solutions.
  • Safety-minded with excellent driving habits.
  • Organized and able to manage delivery schedules effectively.
  • Professional in appearance and attitude.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to safely lift, load, and dolly heavy merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company driving requirements.
  • Bilingual? That's a plus!

A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, agility test, and DOT physical are required prior to employment.
