We are currently hiring a Stockton, CA based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position that includes in-clinic, in-home, and work-from-home time. This Monday through Friday (8am–5pm) role offers the chance to work closely with passionate professionals who live by the core values of empowerment, potential, impact, and compassion.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will take a leadership role in developing and overseeing treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to deliver evidence-based care. What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with Autism
  • Conduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plans
  • Lead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growth
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals
  • Embrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based work

  • What You Bring:
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
    • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB
    • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism (preferred)
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • A heart for service and a mind for innovation
    • Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis
    • Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
