Job description

  • Partner with sales team members to advance enterprise sales cycles from technical qualification through close
  • Own and maintain a master list/matrix of PACS and VNA integrations supported by Lunit's AI software
  • Manage the ongoing technical relationship with PACS/VNA vendor partners
  • Lead IT and clinical informatics reviews covering PACS/VNA integration, DICOM/HL7 compliance, cloud and on-premises deployment, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Build custom technical assets including integration architecture diagrams, security questionnaires, RFP responses, product comparison documents, and workflow impact analyses
  • Own technical follow-up after meetings, send summaries, track open items, and drive prospects to technical sign-off
  • Prepare for and represent Lunit at customer executive briefings and industry conferences, including running the technical aspects and attending onsite as required
  • Channel field intelligence back to product and marketing teams
  • Engage directly with customers and respond to technical information requests from Sales
  • Join calls and answer questions quickly for large strategic opportunities
  • Provide guidance on customer security concerns and processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create reusable technical content
  • Support customer onboarding by installing, monitoring, and updating on-premises systems
  • Train onsite IT staff as required for selected projects
  • Work with Product Managers on technical requests from Sales, document them, and develop use cases with Sales
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, clinical, or engineering field
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or technical customer service within medical imaging, radiology IT, clinical AI, or the broader medical device industry
  • Hands‑on fluency with hospital IT environments, including PACS, VNA, HL7 FHIR, DICOM, and cloud/on‑premises infrastructure
  • Experience managing technical relationships with PACS/VNA or other imaging‑ecosystem vendor partners
  • Polished executive presence with CIOs and lead radiologists
  • Proactive communication style and ownership of action items
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer visits and conferences
  • Willingness to periodically work scheduled evenings or weekends for trade show activities and customer sales calls
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and remote access tools including RDP, Citrix, and VPN
  • Hands‑on system administration is not required
  • Familiarity with breast imaging workflows and/or radiology AI is a strong plus
  • Must currently have the right to work in the United States
  • Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination required, except where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be accommodated
