Job description

Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as the primary technical administrator and architect for our member-facing HubSpot-powered website and marketing automation platform and for ensuring 24/7 availability, outside of planned scheduled downtimes.
  • Responsible for the development, and responsiveness of the front-end and back-end framework on our HubSpot-powered website, from requirements to production deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on event-based and trigger-based workflow processes for marketing automation platform.
  • Responsible for developing and providing technical standards and developing policies/procedures for website page, email, and landing page templates
  • Serve as technical lead for building and testing end-to-end email nurture workflows and forms/landing pages in alignment with user journeys
  • Responsible for managing applications (i.e. SSL), monitoring vulnerabilities, applying core and module patches, and reviewing vendor code before publishing to Google Tag Manager.
  • Provide technical guidance to other areas (i.e. IT Network, IT Security, Marketing Teams) when adding features or changes to the website infrastructure, to ensure stability and compliance (i.e. Encryption, ADA/W3 Standards).
  • Lead projects and serve as SME (Subject-matter Expert), related to the deployment and integration of 3rd party systems into HubSpot website.
  • Work alongside IT Network, Applications, and Security teams during deployments.
  • Review, give feedback, and act as a development mentor to other developers (i.e. Code Reviews/Audits).
  • Responsible for the creation and management of all Business Resumption and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Use APIs between various applications for seamless movement of data, like Mulesoft or Symitar's PowerOn tools.
  • Adhere to industry standard practices like OWASP and ADA Security standards.
  • Integrate programming to third party solutions such as Online Banking to enhance the member self-service capabilities and experiences.
  • Ensure best practices and development methods will be utilized to ensure the success of the projects.

Position Required Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline and 6 years' experience in both front-end and back-end website development, design and application development or a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in developing websites on the latest versions of the HubSpot CMS, maintaining server uptime, installation of new modules, Javascript fundamentals, DNS mapping, creating/generating certificates, MySQL, GIT, Atlassian Suite of development products, Linux command line prompts, PHP, and Web Application Firewall's (Cloudflare)
  • Proficient with creating and maintaining application servers, databases, and APIs.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CMS, Marketing, Sales Hubs, and associated modules.
  • Extensive experience in Google Tag Manager
  • Practical experience in other tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite), Java, Mulesoft, Python, ReactJS, XML, Oracle, JSON, JavaScript, CSS 3, HTML 5, Windows Server environments, Unix/Linux Administration. Symtiar PowerOn Development is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in industry standard SDLC practices.
