Job description

This Lighting Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving commercial lighting products, especially LED-based systems and integrated controls.

Core Responsibilities:

● Design and develop LED luminaires and lighting systems for commercial/industrial applications

● Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, product management, and sales to bring products from concept → production

● Perform photometric analysis, thermal management, and electrical design validation

● Support custom product requests and specification-driven projects

● Ensure products meet industry standards (UL, DLC, energy codes, etc.)

● Contribute to continuous product innovation (efficiency, controls, human-centric lighting, etc.)

● Troubleshoot and improve existing product lines

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

● Experience in lighting, LED systems, or electrical product design (this is big)
