Job description

Job details:

  • Position: OBGYN
  • Location: Santa Cruz, CA
  • Schedule:
    • 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
    • 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
    • Various schedules available:
      • Full-Time hospital based
      • Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based
  • Call: Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs
    • Hospitalist always present + OBGYN
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Patient load: 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
  • Job Requirements:
    • BC or BE in FM or IM
    • New grads welcome (no 2027 grads)
  • Compensation:
    • Base - 375-400K
    • Productivity bonus
  • Support: 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists
  • Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
  • Benefits:
    • Full benefits for provider/family
    • Up to 100K signing bonus
