Job description

Build Something Bigger With Us.

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, make things happen, and grow your skills in a team that values you—we're ready for you.

For more than 70 years, Senior Metal Bellows has been pushing the limits of innovation—designing and building custom-engineered metal bellows for industries that demand the best: aerospace, defense, energy, and beyond.

We’re not just making parts—we’re making solutions no one else can. And we want you to be part of it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Master the craft – Achieve and maintain required Operator Authorization(s) and be trusted to run high-precision work the right way.

Program with precision – Develop, edit, and fine-tune CNC programs while setting up complex fixturing for CNC and manual machines to get parts from print to production.

**Build accuracy from the start - **Set machine origins, work offsets, and tool lengths exactly to spec so every run starts on solid ground.

**Turn prints into real-world results - **Work from blueprints, material requests, method sheets, and written work instructions to deliver quality parts.

Shape perfection – Machine components to extremely close tolerances, achieving exact squareness, concentricity, parallelism, and finish.

Innovate with Engineering – Partner on custom jobs and process improvements that push manufacturing forward.

Equip for success – Select, set, and load tools; perform first-piece runoffs and validate setups.

Guard quality at every step – Measure and inspect in-process and finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.

**Share what you know- **Support and train fellow machinists on setups, best practices, and job-specific tasks.

Keep machines running strong – Perform routine maintenance and jump in to troubleshoot CNC issues so production stays efficient and reliable.

**Own the details - **use basic computer systems to record labor transactions and complete required production and quality documentation.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Experience with CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion, Gibbs)

  • Fixture or tooling design experience

  • Background in aerospace, medical, or other tight-tolerance industries

Why Work Here?
