High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top tier sales people who are self motivated, self managing, and don't need their hand held.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Agents who NEED to make money that they are so desperate
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
  • Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
  • We are not looking for the cheap agents who sell $30-50-70/month policies
  • Not looking for people who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

  • An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively.
  • An agent who isn't scared of showing High Premium, our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing
  • An agent who doesn't need to be motivated, you are ready to follow a system that already works

Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high end insurance carriers who sell high ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities).
We are NOT your traditional life insurance company who are trying to sell traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or anything low premium.
We work with a multitude of carriers throughout the US and we do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings.
Our average agent spends on $1,000 to $ 1,500 a week on leads to write anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
