Job description

SkyShare is seeking an experienced First Officer with a minimum of 2,000 total hours to support a managed Challenger 350 based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will use your aviation experience to support safe, compliant flight operations while delivering the exceptional service our clients deserve. Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time, including:
  • 300 hours multi-engine
  • 200 hours turbine
  • 200 hours jet
  • 200 hours instrument
  • FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
  • Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • FAA Instrument Rating
  • Valid U.S. passport and driver's license
  • Current IFR knowledge and experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Requirements:
  • Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices
  • Perform flight duties for up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions.
  • Exhibits a safety-first mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and demands
  • Demonstrates strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ensuring clarity in all interactions
  • Possesses excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, consistently demonstrating high accountability in all actions
  • Capable of managing sleep effectively to ensure readiness for flight duty
  • Strong customer-focused approach with professional presentation and excellent first-impression skills
  • Exhibits physical readiness, including occasionally moving objects up to 80 pounds
  • Competent in working with animals, including handling and care before, during, and after flights
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Schedule:

This is a dedicated aircraft position supporting a private owner. The schedule is based on owner travel needs and will be fluid, with 8 hard days off per month. At times, your schedule will include days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will also be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels.

Location:
