Overview
At Ms. Peach's Southern Kitchen, every guest should feel like they're dining at home. As a Server, you'll play a key role in making that possible-keeping our dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming. You'll support our servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, while bringing energy, teamwork, and a smile to every shift. If you take pride in the details and enjoy creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, we'd love for you to join our family.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
  • Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team promptly.
  • Ensure seamless service by attending to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle payments and process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a server in a fine dining experience.
  • Great attitude and work ethic.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25-35 pounds
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces
  • Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely
