As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

  • Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License

  • Recent Home Care Experience or at least three years of acute care experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • ICU

    • Emergency Department

    • Rehabilitation

  • Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.

  • Strong computer and technology skills required.

  • Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation.
