Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on thorough client evaluations.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and nonjudgmental environment for open discussion.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
