Software Engineer
Clearance: US Citizenship required.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (VA/DC/MD) - Onsite/Hybrid per program requirements. Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area prior to start.
Salary: $140,000-$225,000 - Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting mission systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented code across the full development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing production systems.
  • Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
  • Support integration with government systems, APIs, and data sources.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Experience with software development lifecycle practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
