Key Responsibilities
1. Data & AI Strategy : specifically using Palantir Data Foundry
• Define and execute enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and AI/analytics transformation roadmaps
• Drive adoption of ontology-driven data models and AI-powered decision intelligence
• Align data and AI initiatives with business outcomes, executive priorities, and value realization
2. Platform Leadership (Palantir / Modern Data Stack)
• Lead architecture, implementation, and optimization of Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms (or equivalent)
• Drive development of enterprise-scale analytics applications, data pipelines, and decision automation solutions
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization
3. Data Architecture & Engineering
• Define and oversee enterprise data architecture, including:
• Data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data pipelines
• ETL/ELT frameworks and integration architectures
• Data modeling, semantic layers, and BI/analytics architecture
• Lead modernization from legacy platforms to cloud-based ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
4. Program & Delivery Leadership
• Lead large-scale, global transformation programs with end-to-end ownership (strategy through execution)
• Establish delivery governance, operating models, and performance metrics
5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Bachelors degree in engineering, 20+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, and enterprise transformation programs
• Proven experience in leading large-scale data platform and AI transformation initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP or equivalent enterprise data platforms
