General Manager – The Salty Donut

The Salty Donut is a chef‑driven, craft donut and coffee shop known for small‑batch flavors, high‑quality ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a dynamic, people‑first General Manager to lead one of our shops and elevate the guest experience every day.

You’ll run your shop like it’s your own — driving culture, quality, and performance while creating a place guests love to return to.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing FOH & BOH team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, positive, “+1” service mindset.
  • Manage daily operations: scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and store standards.
  • Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Drive KPIs including P&L, COGS, labor, sales, and customer sentiment.
  • Oversee catering operations, events, and community activations.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members who embody The Salty culture.
  • Solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, confident leadership presence.

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, QSR, or food & beverage.
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ per shift.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, scheduling, and operations.
  • A guest‑obsessed, people‑focused leadership style.
  • Ability to stay composed in high‑volume environments.
  • A positive, coachable, humble attitude with a drive to grow.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
