Mainframe Programmer
Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin or other hubs (3 days on site and 2 days work from home)
Pay: 50-55/hr W2
Role Overview
This role involves working on an agile team to develop and maintain Product and Rewards applications. The position focuses on standing up new instances of Rewards job streams for future use within the Credit Product Development Journey. The development process includes coding, unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on an agile team for the Product and Rewards applications.
  • Attend team agile ceremonies.
  • Utilize and understand JCL, Job streams, and CA-7.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Engage in the full life cycle development process for business applications.
  • Support, modify, and enhance existing applications to meet current needs.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL, DB2, and JCL is necessary.
