Location: Norcross, GA

A dynamic and growing contract supplement manufacturing operation is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Encapsulation Operator to join its Research and Development support team in Norcross, GA.   • Monitor encapsulation parameters including fill weight, capsule integrity, and machine speed to ensure product quality throughout each run
  • Perform in-process checks and document results accurately in batch records and logbooks in compliance with cGMP requirements
  • Collaborate directly with R&D formulators and quality personnel to troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust processes during developmental runs
  • Assist in equipment changeovers, line clearances, and sanitation activities between production batches
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements
  • Identify and communicate deviations, non-conformances, or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisory staff
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing operational feedback and suggestions based on direct equipment experience
