As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintaining compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Need 1 year experience in setting
