As a Work From Home Sales & Success Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefits. Your goal is to understand their needs, educate them on available options, and provide an outstanding client experience from the first conversation through enrollment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Meet with scheduled clients through secure virtual appointments
- Understand each client's goals and recommend suitable benefit solutions
- Educate clients on available coverage in an easy-to-understand manner
- Guide applicants through digital enrollment and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records using company systems
- Build trust through responsive communication and follow-up
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team collaboration meetings
