What is basement waterproofing?

Basement waterproofing is the process of preventing water from entering a basement or below-ground area of a home. This can involve techniques like sealing cracks in the foundation, installing sump pumps, and applying waterproof coatings to walls and floors. Homeowners often seek basement waterproofing to maintain a dry, healthy, and safe living environment.
