Casablanca Pub & Grill and Casagrotto Brick Oven Pizza are well-known for great food, a lively lakeside atmosphere, and friendly service. Located on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, we serve locals and visitors who come for our pizza, burgers, drinks, and fun environment. We’re looking for energetic, reliable team members to join us and keep delivering the experience our guests rave about.


Position Summary

The Bartender/Server role at Casablanca is a full-time position that combines bartending and table service. You’ll take and serve orders, prepare drinks, handle payments, and ensure every guest feels welcome. Our team uses the TOAST POS system with handheld devices to keep service quick and efficient.


Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and deliver items promptly.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer (21 draft options), wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Use TOAST POS and handheld devices for order entry and payment processing.

  • Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the guest experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in bar and dining areas.

  • Restock supplies as needed and follow health/safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to handle busy service smoothly.


Qualifications
  • Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable using POS systems (TOAST experience is a plus).

  • Flexible schedule – nights, weekends, and holidays required.

  • Must be 18+ (21+ required to serve alcohol).
