Must be able to travel onsite to Costa Mesa as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, AWS, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, identity/access workflows, MFA, endpoint policies, and related operational processes.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, access, application, security, network, and user-impacting issues using a consistent process: confirm impact, gather evidence, isolate causes, test fixes, document actions, and communicate next steps.
  • Support endpoint and account lifecycle work including provisioning, compliance, application deployment, patching, inventory, onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and remediation.
  • Review security findings and recommendations from vulnerability management, endpoint security, identity, cloud, and Microsoft security sources; help prioritize and remediate issues based on risk and business impact.
  • Scope technical work, write statements of work, document assumptions and dependencies, estimate effort, and coordinate execution with stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear support records, technical notes, SOPs, knowledge base content, diagrams, and implementation documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for onsite support; communicate clearly with end users and management on priorities, risks, blockers, timelines, and recommended actions.
  • Follow established processes for change control, service management, security, documentation, timekeeping, escalation, and client communication.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of systems engineering, endpoint engineering, cloud administration, desktop engineering, or senior IT support experience in a business environment.
  • Strong hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, AWS, Windows 10/11, and identity/access workflows.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, access control, MFA, conditional access concepts, patching, and system hardening.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, identity, access, Microsoft 365 apps, networking fundamentals, security recommendations, and user experience issues.
  • Experience helping remediate vulnerabilities, configuration gaps, compliance findings, and security recommendations using a practical, risk-based approach.
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation, implementation plans, statements of work, and user or management-facing updates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be professional, patient, approachable, credible, and comfortable working with end users and management.
  • Strong process discipline, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple issues and projects without working in a silo.
