Certified Employment Group is seeking dependable Production Assembler I candidates for a confidential defense manufacturing client in Folsom, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organization that manufactures products supporting the U.S. military and allied nations.
This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee after 90 days, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
Job Summary
The Production Assembler I is responsible for assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and functional checks to verify product quality.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies that do not meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate production and assembly records.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Follow all manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
