Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Veterinarian position working four 10-hour days per week (Wednesday-Saturday).
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive physical examinations.
Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in companion animals.
Developing individualized treatment plans.
Providing preventive care, including vaccinations and wellness examinations.
Interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging results.
Performing routine surgical and dental procedures.
Educating clients on treatment options, preventive care, and overall pet health.
Maintaining accurate medical records.
Collaborating with veterinary technicians, assistants, and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care and an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine, including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and dentistry.
Excellent communication and client-education abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with veterinary practice management systems, electronic medical records, and diagnostic equipment.
Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuing education.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
1-2 years of small animal general practice experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary: $175,000-$235,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
