Job description

We're hiring Electrical Foremen who know how to RUN THE WORK! Pay: $40–$60/hr DOE Travel: Nationwide; approximately 90% travel / out of town Schedule: 40+ hours with OT/weekends based on project needs Large-scale industrial automation and distribution center projects nationwide. FedEx, UPS, or Amazon installation experience is a major plus, along with conveyor, material handling, and other high-volume distribution center projects. This is a working Foreman role — lead the crew, lay out the job, read the prints, solve field issues, and drive production.

What we're looking for:

Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience Crew leadership and manpower planning Rigid conduit and EMT bending/install Electrical layout from prints and schematics Panels, feeders, wiring, power distribution, lighting, and controls Electrical troubleshooting and testing Strong safety and quality-control experience Highly preferred: FedEx installations UPS installations Amazon installations If you're a strong electrical field leader who can plan the work, lead the crew, and still understand exactly how the installation needs to get done, I want to talk to you.
