About this opportunity

The AVP, Post Sale Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing post-sale default servicing functions, including REO Management, Investor Claims, Property Preservation, and Loss Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

This role oversees operational performance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives designed to minimize losses, improve recoveries, and enhance operational efficiency across the post-foreclosure lifecycle. The AVP will collaborate cross-functionally with Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Asset Management, and external investors/agencies to ensure timely execution of post-sale activities while maintaining adherence to agency, investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines.

Location and Schedule
  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI office.

  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong operational and strategic leadership capabilities.

  • Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and default servicing processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.

  • Experience managing vendors and third-party relationships.

  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with servicing systems and reporting tools (e.g., MSP, Sagent, ICE, Tableau/Power BI, Excel).
