Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, providing responsive and professional support throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the inquiry-to-order process, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently from initial contact through order placement.
  • Prepare and maintain customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documentation that support business growth.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data within CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Support contract administration activities, including pricing agreements, commercial terms, and logistics-related documentation.
  • Proactively follow up on quotations, sample requests, and new business opportunities to help drive revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, technical sales support, customer service, or another customer-facing business environment.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing CRM, ERP, and business management systems to support commercial activities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities that help identify solutions and support informed business decisions.
