What does a fresher in mean in a job context?

A 'Fresher In' refers to a person who is new to a particular field, industry, or job role and typically has little to no prior professional experience. The term 'fresher' is commonly used in countries like India to describe recent graduates or those entering the workforce for the first time. Employers often have specific positions or training programs designed for freshers to help them gain practical skills and adapt to workplace environments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fresher in the IT industry, and why are they important?

Familiarity with coding languages like Java, Python, or C++, and exposure to tools such as Git and basic database systems, are typically expected. Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and strong communication skills help freshers integrate into teams and pick up new technologies quickly.
