Arundel Lodge is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world where behavioral health disorders do not limit individuals from achieving meaningful lives within their communities. We strive to be a vital part of a community network focused on preventing behavioral health issues and providing essential care and support for individuals to lead healthy, productive lives. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of children, adults, and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide transportation for clients as needed.
  • Assist with money management, appointment scheduling, and dietary coaching.
  • Support daily living activities (ADLs) and teach essential life skills.
  • Facilitate shopping and cleaning tasks to promote independence.
  • Engage clients in their recovery process and offer compassionate support.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Arts degree in a human services field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation, or a combination of education and experience that meets these requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Position Overview:
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, in our Fresh Start Program you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture and quality of life for the members of Arundel Lodge.
