Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Food Production Associates for our client in Chelsea, MA. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for long-term work in a fast-paced food production environment.


Available Shifts

1A Shift

  • Sunday - Wednesday
  • 5:00 AM - Finish (typically 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

1B Shift

  • Thursday - Saturday
  • 5:00 AM - Finish (typically 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

2nd Shift

  • Monday - Friday
  • 3:00 PM - Finish (typically 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM)


Job Summary

The Food Production Associate is a versatile team member who may work in various production areas, including blending, washing, drying, packaging, and labeling fresh produce products. Associates help ensure food safety, product quality, and efficient production while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with food production, packaging, labeling, and processing operations
  • Monitor product quality and food safety standards
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and production procedures
  • Operate production equipment and handheld scanners as trained
  • Supply production lines with materials and products
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

Requirements

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
  • Ability to work in a cold, wet, and fast-paced refrigerated environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift
