Fresh Produce Associates are retail employees who specialize in handling, displaying, and maintaining the quality of fruits and vegetables in grocery stores or supermarkets. Their responsibilities include stocking fresh produce, ensuring items are fresh and rotated properly, assisting customers with product selection, and keeping the produce area clean and organized. Staying proactive and organized, as well as actively engaging with customers to answer questions or provide recommendations, also help create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
