About the Role:
Duarte Grocery Outlet is looking for an energetic and dependable Produce Associate to join our growing team in Duarte, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering fresh, high-quality produce to our customers while keeping our department looking its best. Responsibilities:
  • Stock, rotate, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain a full and appealing produce department
  • Inspect produce for quality and freshness, removing damaged or expired items promptly
  • Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about produce selection
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of produce displays, coolers, and work areas
  • Receive and unload produce deliveries, verifying accuracy of shipments
  • Apply proper food safety and handling procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
