What you'll do as a Prep Cook
- Prepare ingredients and foods for cooking by following prep lists and manager directions
- Ensure consistent quality by using recipe cards and meeting production and portion standards
- Clean, sanitize, and set up your station at the start and end of each shift (may include light dishwashing)
- Protect our guests and your team by following all sanitation and safety policies
