Position: Primary Care Physician
Location: Tampa Area, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time | PermanentOrganization Overview
This role is with a well-established, community-centered healthcare organization serving diverse patient populations across the Tampa area. The organization is known for providing comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality primary care services with strong ties to regional healthcare partners.
The primary care program supports full-spectrum outpatient services, including pediatrics, adult medicine, chronic disease management, preventive health, women's health services, and integrated behavioral health. Providers benefit from a team-based care model, modern clinical facilities, and strong administrative and clinical support.
Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join its outpatient care team in the Tampa, FL region.
This full-time, permanent role offers a consistent outpatient schedule, the opportunity to care for a broad patient population, and a supportive clinical environment focused on patient-centered care and continuity.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations (based on specialty)
  • Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
  • Conduct physical exams, preventive visits, immunizations, and routine screenings
  • Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health teams, and care managers
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Training: Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Licensure: Eligible for Florida medical licensure
  • Experience: All levels welcome - new graduates encouraged to apply
