Food & Beverage Manager
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the main ingredient for success by ensuring everything is seasoned to perfection with compliance to corporate and regulatory guidelines, and alongside the Store Manager, help train the Customer Service & Support Team. With your attention to detail, you'll keep things fresh in a safe and sanitary environment, all while delivering a flavorful customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any questions or concerns- it's the Stinker way!
  • Analyze food service trends and results to prepare action plans, leveraging the store's fresh food strengths to address areas of opportunity and ensure profitability- we can already smell the stink of success (or is that the food?)
  • Ensure skunktastic 24/7 execution of all food service programs: including ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations and dating, and display setting
  • Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of team members, while enhancing associate engagement
  • Ensure associates' proficiency in executing our Stinkin' tasty food programs by following the training plans and upholding standards for all food service team members.
  • Execute safety, security, and quality procedures by ensuring alignment with company policies.

What You'll Need
  • Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking- because there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!
  • Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, then we kick tail!

Requirements
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience required.
  • You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
  • Able to work in a cooler or freezer at temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit (hey, at least it's not Antarctica).
  • ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification, as well as any other legally required certification by local jurisdictions
