The Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud-based applications and systems' availability, scalability, and security. This role involves troubleshooting and optimizing cloud environments while staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing.


  • Deploy and manage cloud resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage, databases) using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of cloud services.
  • Collaborate with software developers and system administrators to ensure seamless integration with cloud-based applications.
  • Implement automation and orchestration to streamline cloud provisioning and management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and certifications in cloud technologies.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services.
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT or cloud-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and deployments.

  • Minimum Required: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer).

  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
