Helper Rate: $16.66 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and attentive helper for a 65-year-old female client diagnosed with cancer. The role focuses on providing emotional support, daily assistance, and safe transportation to help maintain her comfort and quality of life.

Care Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, personal care as needed)
  • Offer medication reminders/support
  • Provide transportation to medical appointments, therapy, errands, and shopping
  • Assist with light tasks and daily routines
Schedule
  • To Be Determined
  • Potentially 3 days per week, a few hours per day

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Haitian Creole and/or French speaking preferred
  • Patient, compassionate, and dependable
  • Experience with senior care or cancer support is a plus
