Freight Operator – 2 Openings

Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17 Hour

We are looking for 2 Freight Operators to join a busy tool and hardware retail store in Northwest Houston. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. No prior freight experience is required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and organize incoming freight shipments
  • Stock merchandise accurately and maintain organized inventory
  • Move products safely throughout the store and stockroom
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and replenishing merchandise
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support inventory counts and product organization
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient freight processing
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Open availability is required, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
