Job description

Greenbush Logistics Inc. is looking for a Dispatcher for our Mobile, AL Terminal.

Assists Terminal Manager in daily dispatch duties- including planning trucks both inbound and outbound, scheduling delivery appointments where applicable, assisting in assigning carrier loads, assisting in troubleshooting any driver/carrier issues that may come up.

Perform administrative functions to include but not limited to, ensuring proper paperwork flow, scanning documents, collecting trip envelopes, coordinating shipping documents, ordering of supplies and entering purchase orders.

Assist/coordinate in scheduling DOT exams including physicals and drug screens.

Enforces worker compliance with established safety rules and regulations and measures to protect safety of employees and customers and security of merchandise, property, and equipment.

Will be present for driver interactions with Terminal Manager to include disciplinary action, driver/safety meetings.

Will help coordinate driver coaching sessions with Netradyne cameras when Terminal Manager is unavailable. This would also include uploading applicable documents into Idellic.

Help monitor ELDs through Transflo and assist drivers with any problems associated with the ELD.
