What You'll Do:


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers, ensuring a steady stream of service providers.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals on behalf of our clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate all incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the process.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Manage communications within your assigned territories, maintaining clear and consistent updates.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • A minimum of 1 year of 3PL dispatching experience or relevant experience in freight brokerage/third-party logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure the best pricing.
  • A passion for relationship-building and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with tools like Salesforce (Revenova), Load Link, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Once the offer of employment is signed by the employee and any additional agreed terms have been met, the new employee may begin work at the agreed upon date. New employees will receive training about key policies and safety issues that pertain to their position or that are required by law.
