Job description

Local chemical facility (Theodore, AL)is looking for experienced Material Handler. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAR BACKGROUND.

These are 12-Hour rotating shifts.

Starting Pay: $21.17 Shift Work

Activities would include:

  • Operate heavy equipment including: extensive forklift experience a MUST

  • Experience in loading/unloading and packaging of product
  • Work around rotating/ moving equipment while packaging

  • Manually handles various materials.

  • Regularly work at heights including off the top of ladders and the top of railcars and bulk truck trailers.

  • Routinely climb ladders and stairs to perform various tasks.

  • Be able to respond quickly to identify and correct quality issues.

  • Be able to maneuver and work in confined spaces to clean out and prep equipment.
