NCH has an open position as an Shipping Clerk at our Irving,TX facility . The shipping clerk position will report to the Shipping Supervisor and plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing our assets in areas including Equipment and Controls, Operating Supplies, and Inventory Control. Will also contribute to continuous improvement in the organization. MAIN JOB FUNCTION:

Preparing and Loading trucks for shipment 

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•    Prepare various loads to be shipped
•    Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary
•    Freight check shipments
•    Inventory and cycle count
•    Must be able to work with computer in all aspects of inventory, order processing system, e-mail, other computer related functions and typing
•    Able and willing to work in any area of the department 
•    Communicate with Transportation and other Departments
•    Other warehouse activities as management deems necessary
•    Must be VERY Detail Oriented and Accurate

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1.    Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
2.    Oracle, Clear Orbits and precision knowledge Preferred
3.    Heavy Lifting Required: Handle drums up to 400lbs. and lifting up to 70 lbs.
4.    Ability to handle ever changing, multiple priorities.
5.    Team Player
6.    Ability to Work Overtime When Required (Especially Fridays)
7.    High School Diploma/GED
8.    Willingness to work overtime
