The Opportunity
We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor. High Reach Freezer Stand-up Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate put away, storage, and pick-up of food-products in the freezer utilizing a High Reach Forklift, will also assist with daily cycle counts.
What You'll Do
Promote Safety First
  • Move pallets with Food Product within the freezer
  • Put away pallets with Food Product in the freezer
  • Check and count freight for accuracy
  • Take Stock Counts as needed
  • Direct product to the correct area in the warehouse
  • Assist the production room in staging items as needed
  • Transfer raw material, Finished Goods, and packaging between warehouse areas to support production planning
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.
  • Current Forklift Certification
  • Minimum four years of experience in Operating a Reach Forklift in a Freezer environment
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Food Product
  • Must have inventory experience for cycle counting
  • Experience with scanning, WMS, and Warehouse layout
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual is a plus!

Work Location & Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.
  • The schedule is Monday to Friday
  • 2nd Shift - 2:45pm-11:15pm
  • Shift Differential = $1.00/hour
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
