How much do freezer picker jobs pay per hour?

As of Jul 7, 2026, the average hourly pay for freezer picker in the United States is $16.93, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $15.38 and $18.27 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What is a freezer picker?

A freezer picker is a warehouse worker responsible for selecting and retrieving frozen products from storage areas, often using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. The role requires attention to safety, knowledge of inventory systems, and working in cold environments. Accuracy and efficiency are important for maintaining inventory and fulfilling orders.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

A freezer picker typically earns below $4,000 per week, as most warehouse and distribution center roles pay hourly wages that amount to less than that. High-paying jobs that can reach or exceed $4,000 weekly without a degree are rare and often involve specialized skills, certifications, or experience, such as commercial truck driving, sales, or certain trades like plumbing or electrical work. These roles may require on-the-job training or licensing but not necessarily a college degree.

What jobs pay $500,000 a year in the US?

High-paying jobs for freezer pickers are rare, as the role typically offers lower wages. Positions that pay $500,000 annually usually involve executive roles, specialized medical professionals, or successful entrepreneurs, rather than entry-level or warehouse jobs like freezer picking. Advancing to management or owning a business are common paths to such high income levels.
