What does a freezer cooler associate do?

A Freezer Cooler Associate is responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining products in the freezer and cooler sections of a store or warehouse. They ensure that items are stored at the correct temperatures, monitor inventory levels, and rotate products to maintain freshness. This role often involves working in cold environments for extended periods and may require lifting heavy items. Freezer Cooler Associates also assist customers with locating products and keep the area clean and safe.

To thrive as a Freezer Cooler Associate, you need strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic math skills, often paired with a high school diploma or equivalent.
