Rise Capital Group is a Houston-based investment firm focused on Oil & Gas, Real Estate, and Alternative Investments. We are expanding our internal team and seeking an experienced Web Developer to lead the redesign, development, optimization, and ongoing management of multiple corporate websites and digital assets.
This is not a freelance or remote position. We are looking for a dedicated team member who will work alongside our marketing, operations, investor relations, and executive teams in our Houston office.
We are a technology-driven company and expect team members to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to maximize productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled web developer with experience building professional corporate websites that are fast, modern, conversion-focused, and optimized for user experience.
Experience in financial services, investment firms, private equity, capital markets, real estate investment, oil and gas, energy, or other corporate industries is highly preferred.
This role will be responsible for rebuilding and managing multiple company websites while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across all digital properties.
AI PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
We are seeking a developer who actively utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools as part of their daily workflow.
Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate understands how to use AI effectively while maintaining accuracy, quality control, and professional standards.
